Fields Of Usage
İHTİOLAMON can be used for the threatments to prevent the formation of immature abscesses by constricting the blood vessels where it is applied and drawing the water out of the tissues as a helper. It has mild irritating and antiseptic properties.
Usage
It is used as an adjunct to the treatment of skin diseases for horses, cattles, buffaloes, sheep, goats, cats and dogs. It softens the skin and helps in the treatment of skin diseases in the removal of follicles and crusts formed on the skin. It relieves itching and accelerates the treatment of animals by maturing abscesses quickly. The ointment is applied topically to the wound area as a thin layer. The application should continue for 3-4 days. It can be repeated when necessary. Before the application, the area where the pomade will be applied should be thoroughly cleaned with soapy water and dried. During usage, the infected area should not be tried to be removed by squeezing or pressing.
